1.The User shll place the order accordingly to the model listed in the catalogue,If there is special requirement,It shall offer the followimgs in the contract at
a)Face to Face
b)Ends Connection
c)Nominal diameter,fullbore,reduced bore,pipe size
d)Applicable medium,temperature and pressure range
e)Test,insepection standard and other requirments.
2.We may complete all kinds of actuators according to the partiular requirements of the user.
3.If the users offer the confirmed valve type and model,it shall describle the definition and requirements of the model correctly and sign the contract on basis of identical understandings beteen the client and the suppliner.
4.Please phone to us about the valve type,spectification,quantity,delivery time and delivery place required in details before ordering,and remit 20% advanced the payment or full amount of the order timely,and then remit the balance to the supplier before the delivery in oreer to arrange the shipment on time,We will be responsible to the penclty by 10% for delayed shipment over 10 days under the special condition.
